The proposal is to refurbish existing budget hotel located at the middle of the city.

It happened that the site is located at the corner of one of busiest street, but the budget hotel is easily went unnoticed.

Since it is visually non-existence(?), we proposed that the exterior to be painted white with louvres to hide the outdoor a/c condenser while allowed spaces for large commercial advertisement and bill board for attention of by-pass vehicles.
